In announcing an "extended commitment with zipLogix," DocuSign CEO Keith Krach said, "We're pleased to build on our strong relationship with zipLogix to bring the real estate industry standard for e-signature and forms together in a seamless integration for agents and their clients."
Real estate agents can send all their zipForm real estate forms for signature by selecting "Send with DocuSign."
The National Association of Realtors took a stake in DocuSign in November 2009. In March 2010, DocuSign began offering a "Realtor Edition" e-signature service tailored to and branded for Realtors at a discount to NAR members.
Founded in 1991, zipLogix is a joint venture between NAR and Real Estate Business Services Inc. (REBS), a subsidiary of the California Association of Realtors.
