Not knowing much about these locations, it appears the areas are "quieter" than most bustling towns and cities. Bergen County NJ, where we are located, is very densely populated. While there are some larger areas in this list, the obvious rings true that just maybe people are more apt for less headache and hassle. New Hampshire, Tennessee, upstate New York, beautiful contry and less hustle and bustle.

The New Orleans did not make the business si doing very weel. Just not enough inventory to sell. Sold 4-5 things this year as soon as the homes and condos hit the market. Writting the first day is now the way to go before other offers come it.
Odd thing is the high end of the market is doing much better than the low end.

The business may specialize in a particular type of real estate, such as residential, commercial, or industrial property. In addition, almost all construction business effectively has a connection to real estate. Thanks.
