”Ron” was born in the city of Brawley, California where he worked on the family farm until he moved to Escondido in 1983. He attended Imperial Valley Junior College and Cal Poly Pomona.

“Ron” received his Real Estate license in 1989 and in 1993 he obtained his Broker License. He specializes in the Residential Real Estate Market of North San Diego County.

“Ron’s” extensive involvement in the Local Association of Realtors (President in 1996) as well as the California Association of Realtors as a Director and Regional Chairman, has been of great benefit to his clients. He is constantly staying abreast of all the pertinent laws and issues which affect you and your property rights. This allows him to better understand the Real Estate market and trends with the benefits being passed on to you throughout the transaction.
