I am the President and founder of Single Property Sites and the Blue Fire Group.

    I also think that its time for Listing Presentations to have more of a marketing focus and not be just a 'Sales Pitch' of 'me' and 'my brand'. Old style listing services are dead. Consumers want their listings promoted on the web and marketed using new web 2.0 social marketing mechanisms. Obviously this is problematic because its an unknown quantity for many agents who don't know how to take advantage of web, mobile etc and leverage these technologies to help market a listing. However, agents who use SPS are not faced with such issues and often see repeated levels of success because SPS takes care of this for them. Many of my Realtor clients report that "they never lose a listing" when they include (and quite often lead with) a single property site that is focused on the sellers home in their listing presentation. Focusing on your clients and "their needs" is marketing-101, yet it always amazes me how many traditional listing presentations instead focus on the Realtor or their own website, or office etc. SPS helps to flip that paradigm - to allow any agent to get back to a listing presentation that's all about putting the sellers home "Front and Center" in their marketing plan.
