    Mary Bargteil Director of Communications Champion Realty Congratulations, Kris. I wonder how many small, we-are-all-one-family themed brokerages began just as you are? A year ago, our company stopped advertising houses in print and implemented Web 2.0 marketing plans, available to all of our agents at no additional costs. Over the course of the year, we have responded swiftly to the tides of change, all the while enjoying the security of Warren Buffett’s reserves but without interference. However, if advice is available regarding the current markets and how to successfully respond to the shifts of fortunes, we do feel fortune knowing that the advice available to us for the asking comes from one of the most trusted and knowledgeable of financial advisers. Wherever this most recent path leads, you will make the most of it!

    Tuesday, August 26th, I take my 17 year old son to the University of Maryland. He is my last. He is my beamish boy, already absent from home as frequently as he can be, pursuing his dreams and travels. Next step, I pursue my own dreams with more vigor and focus and try to stop staring out the box bay window, wondering when I will see his car coming home again.
