Who's on Twitter: an RE census

I know lists of this nature have been compiled in the past. What makes this list different is that it isn't just a big list of names. You should include something to let us know what you tweet about (so people can find others they will consider relevant and engaging). I try to update this post as often as people add themselves via the comments.
FYI: If you're wondering what Twitter is and/or how you might use it in your business, I keep an archive of Twitter for Real Estate Business posts at my company blog (let me know if I'm missing anything there as well, please).

That list is awesome!
Part of what I want this list to be is the inclusion of the "things you tend to tweet about" so it gives some context for new/old people. I also think that this is the right place to put it from an accessibility/reach point of view.
I suppose that Tweeple would technically be the right way to do this. But that would self-select the "twitterati" and part of the goal of this post is to assist the newcomers/curious etc.

Twitter followers do not hear about my personal life. Facebook friends get a little personal, a little business. I tend not to follow people that tweet about their insomnia, or other ramblings. A lot of Twitter seems to be such dribble, but I think/hope that will evolve.
I look for pearls of wisdom to share with my network and try to share pearls I've gotten about the San Mateo County (CA)coastal towns, or RE or marketing, with my followers. I look for pretty much anything that will make me a better Realtor. It's not just having technology but how you use it.
